Breakfast- I'm watching what I eat now...

Hello everyone!

I'm in a weight loss competition with my friends.

I plan to eat a lot of oatmeal, quinoas, Korean vegetarian foods and fruits and vegetables.

For Breakfast, I had approximately a cup of quinoa with soy sauce.

Dried Seaweed absorbing the water
Steamed Mushroom Dumplings! Yum! It has able 5 different types of mushrooms in it. :D
Chopped Green Onions
Seaweed soup done!
Miso Soup done!
I only had 4 dumplings but I was pretty full because I had two bowls of miso soup which was surprisingly filling... for now... ;P
