Kim Bap and trying to fight a craving for Dunkaroos


Hello Everyone!

This is what I pretty much had for Brunch.. I ate the ends of the Kim bap bars and saved the okay looking ones for the photos.

I think Kim Bap would make an awesome dish to help me loose weight. The only thing that I have fried was the eggs.

Eggs= Protein
Fish Cake = Protein
Fake Crab Meat= Protein
Spinach + Seseame Seeds= Calcium, Iron, Vitamins and some vegetable protein
Carrots= vitamin A, dietary fibre, antioxidants, and minerals.
Pickled Yellow Radish= A great source of Sodium





Then I had a crazy craving for dunkaroos! I called up John so I can request him to purchase some before he sees Gabe tonight but he didn't pick up his phone. I swear to God, this all started out researching about rainbow cupcakes and rainbow frosting! >.< I just need to stay away from the computer during this weight loss/health competition in order to win!
