I'm making Sweet Sesame Ginger


Hello everyone!

I haven't cooked chicken in about 4 years so I was a bit nervous making it today.

So far, I had marinated meat and the vegetables.



Chicken Breasts looks great in this photo right?
Not!

The Chicken breast actually looked more like this. I turned off my vivid colour mode on my Canon Camera.

Apparently unriped garlic turns green. I needed minced garlic so I manually peeled a dozen of garlic and put tossed it in a blender with some water and stored it in a glass jor in the fridge. It turned chlorophyll green! Its still edible.
Sauce Box.

I trimmed off the fat from the breasts and mixed onion powder, soy sauce, sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds, brocolli and thinly sliced potatoes. And of course, the sauce mix.

I hope it turns out alright tmr!

It turned out A-OK but not the greatest. Next time, I make this out of scratch!

I actually had to add 1 tablespoon of sugar because I ran out of Agave syrup.
It still didn't taste that great.
I'm never purchasing sauce mixes. They taste gross and I always regret it.
